Gregory Smith - CEO

Born in Saginaw, Michigan, Gregory Smith moved to Hope only when he was in the 6th grade. Adjusting to a smaller town, Greg's mom thought it would be better for him growing up, which It was.  While growing up in Hope, Gregory keep himself surrounded by good friends and positive people which kept him on the correct path during his years at Hope.

After graduation, Greg attended college at Arkansas State University where he majored in Sports Management with an emphasis in Radio/Television and played 3 years of college football.  After finding a strong passion for producing and editing small commercial videos Greg seen that his talents went beyond playing sports which really opened his eyes. Besides making videos, Greg began teaching fitness classes on campus once students stirred toward him when it came to exercise and helped them move towards their fitness goals. Finding such enjoyment in accomplishing different things Greg found that his purpose was to work towards being a successful “entrepreneur”.

In 2010, Greg graduated from Arkansas State and moved to Dallas, Texas. Since then he have been working on building up his clients regarding personal training and striving towards being a successful entrepreneur. Being in a bigger city has opened Greg mind to seeing new and creative opportunities that he’s currently pursing. Having the motivational drive he found college, starting the LGTW Foundation, Greg believes this is only the start of his wonderful journey as a great entrepreneur. 


Warren Thornton - CFO

Warren Thornton was born on September 25, 1987 to Kenneth & Inell Thornton. He was raised in Hope, Arkansas with three other siblings. Growing up he always dreamed about his future endeavors in life and being successful. While in High School he was very studious, ambitious, and a hard worker within class. He graduated with a 3.2 GPA from Hope High School in May 2005. He attended Prairie View A&M University with a mission to not only graduate but strive to have a great career. While attending college he was able to get an internship with the Boeing Company supporting the Space Shuttle Team. During the internship experience he learned the ins and outs on how to a proficient worker everyday. This internship experience instilled in him the work ethic that he still uses today. He graduated in the Fall of 2009 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management with a 3.1 GPA. Currently he is staying and working in Philadelphia as a Team Planner for the Boeing Company.


Luke Irvin - CMO

Luke Irvin was born February 20, 1987 in Odessa, TX.  At an early age his family moved to Hope, AR where he attended all of his elementary schooling and graduated in 2005.  In 2006 he moved to Conway, AR to attend the University of Central Arkansas majoring in Computer Science.  During his first two years he started learning about Social Networking and Entrepreneurship and was invited to visit San Fransisco, California to meet a few Entrepreneurs.  After learning about what was going on in the Valley he was determined to bring the same energy to Arkansas.  In 2008 he founded Irvin Media.  At the time he wanted to grow this into a Social Networking Consulting company but after his internship at Clarovista in 2010 he changed it to an iOS, iPhone and iPad, App Development Start Up.  Luke graduated from UCA in 2011 and is still living in Conway, AR.  Currently he is working as an Intrapreneur at PrivacyStar and still building apps for Irvin Media.


Marcus Washington

A hard working yet ambitious young man, Marcus has done more than the typical 25 year old.  Born and raised in Hope, Arkansas, Marcus has reached a lot of goals in his life that he hopes to install in many young people and that is to be successful.  After graduating from Hope High School, Marcus went on to attend Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas.  It was at ASU where Marcus learned the basics of what it took to be successful.  He went on to receive his Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport Management and had the privilege to travel the world during his studies. 
After graduating from ASU in May 2009, Marcus decided to move to Dallas, Texas.   Marcus currently works for EBS Solutions, which the operating company for the American Airline Center.  He plans to attend graduate school this fall at the University of Phoenix (Dallas Campus) and strive for his MBA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.  All in all Marcus’s high ambition keeps him striving to be successful.
